Our River Bailiff, Nigel Harmer, has reported that there appears to be fly tipping taking place on the Osea Causeway. Others think that it is far too neat for fly tipping and that something else is going on.Whatever is happening, sailors need to be aware that the Osea Causeway is now somewhat higher than it used to be and is a real hazard to navigation around the Goldhanger side of Osea Island.
